Biography

Dušan František Barvič (1897–1918) was a young man whose life was marked by the turbulent times in which he lived. Though his years were few, he witnessed and lived through a period of profound historical change in Central Europe.

Barvič's brief existence reflects the tragic losses of his generation during the early twentieth century. His memory is preserved among those who came of age during a transformative and difficult period in history.
