Ebenezer Currier

Biography

Ebenezer Currier was born in 1772 and lived through the founding era of the United States and beyond. His nearly eight decades of life encompassed the Revolutionary period, the early republic, and the nation's westward expansion.

Currier's life concluded in 1851, and he was laid to rest at West State Street Cemetery. He is remembered as a long-lived witness to the formative centuries of American history.
