Edgar Godbold

Biography

Edgar Godbold (1879-1952) led Louisiana College through critical decades of growth, holding fast to the ideals of Christian higher education even as the world around him changed. He encouraged students to pursue both academic excellence and servant leadership, inviting them to shape churches and communities beyond their campus.
