Biography
Edgar Young Mullins became president of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, where he shepherded theological scholarship, codified Baptist commitments, and authored works that still influence seminarians today.
He traveled widely to encourage pastors, fortified missionary efforts, and remained a humble pastor-scholar who valued both doctrine and pastoral care; after his passing he was interred at Cave Hill Cemetery.
