Biography
Edmée Jarlaud was a pioneering French aircraft pilot whose courage and skill helped advance aviation during its formative years. As a woman in a male-dominated field, she demonstrated exceptional determination and talent in pursuing her passion for flight.
Jarlaud's contributions to aviation history were tragically cut short when she died in 1939 at the age of twenty-nine. She was buried in Acheux-en-Amiénois, remembered as a courageous pioneer of early twentieth-century aviation.
