Biography

Edmund B. Hayes (1849–1923) combined engineering insight with business acumen, contributing to the growth of Buffalo's manufacturing and transportation systems.

A generous supporter of scientific study and the arts, he helped fund projects that enriched the community and is laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
