Biography
Edmund Wayda (1915–2010) lived through most of the twentieth century, experiencing Poland's complex history during a period of tremendous change. His life spanned from the interwar period through the post-communist transformation of Poland.
Wayda is remembered at Powązki Cemetery in Warsaw, one of Poland's most significant burial grounds, where his memory is preserved among many other notable Poles.
