Edward B. Hall

Biography

Edward B. Hall (1800–1866) lived for sixty-six years during a transformative period in American history. Born at the turn of the nineteenth century, he witnessed the nation's growth, expansion, and the profound challenges of the Civil War era.

Hall was laid to rest at Swan Point Cemetery, where his memory is honored. His long life connected him to multiple generations and allowed him to observe significant changes in his country and community across more than six decades.
