Edward Curzon
1789–1862 (age 73)
Biography
Edward Curzon served as a naval officer during a time when Britain relied on the skill and courage of its seamen, and he carried those virtues into his later years with a sense of duty to both country and family.
He was laid to rest at All Saints Church, Kedleston, where the respectful silence of the sanctuary still honors the memory of a man whose life was shaped by the sea and the service it demanded.
