Edward Niedźwiecki was an active member of Polish society whose life extended into the twenty-first century. He participated in the life of his community and witnessed the significant transformations of modern Poland.

Niedźwiecki's memory is honored at the Central Cemetery in Szczecin, where he was laid to rest. His life reflects the experiences of those who lived through the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries in Poland.
