Edward Oppenheim

Biography

Edward Oppenheim was a Polish merchant of the nineteenth century who contributed to the commercial life of Warsaw. As a successful businessman, he was part of the merchant class that helped drive economic development during this period.

Oppenheim was buried in Powązki Cemetery, one of Warsaw's most distinguished burial grounds, where he rests among other prominent citizens and cultural figures of his era.
