Biography

Edward Wojczyński was a Polish aircraft pilot who served his nation during the critical decades of the twentieth century. Born in 1913, he pursued a career in aviation at a time when air power was becoming increasingly central to modern warfare and national defense.

Wojczyński's service as a pilot represented the courage and technical skill demanded of those who flew for Poland. He was honored with burial at Powązki Military Cemetery in 1960, a final resting place befitting his service to his nation and his place in Poland's aviation heritage.
