Elias Kohn

Elias Kohn was a prominent member of the Jewish community in Brno, living from 1809 to 1886. His life spanned nearly eight decades of nineteenth-century Central European history, during which the Jewish communities of Moravia experienced both cultural flourishing and significant challenges.

Kohn's final resting place in the Jewish cemetery in Brno reflects his deep roots in the community and his place within the broader tapestry of Brno's Jewish heritage and history.
