Biography
Elijahu Yarkoni (1886–1973) was recognized as a public figure whose presence shaped the civic life of Segula. He approached every responsibility with calm determination and tried to listen before he acted, seeking consensus while never abandoning the good of the city.
Today Segula Cemetery holds his remains, a place where residents still speak his name with gratitude for the thoughtful leadership he shared so freely.
