Elkanah Lamb, whose life began in 1832, was a familiar and comforting figure to those who knew him, offering dependable warmth through his friendships and community ties. He cared deeply for the people around him and was always willing to lend assistance whenever he could.

In 1915 he passed on, leaving behind a quiet legacy of compassion, now honored near the gentle grounds of Grandview Cemetery where his memory continues to rest peacefully.
