Biography

Emil Peterson was a distinguished photographer who captured the visual landscape of late 19th-century Bohemia. His work documented the changing society and architecture of the period, leaving a valuable photographic record for posterity.

Peterson's contributions to the field of photography helped establish the medium as an important artistic and documentary tool in Central Europe. He remained active in his profession until his death in 1899, leaving behind a legacy preserved in the City Cemetery in Příbram.
