Biography

Émile Bouhour was a French resistance fighter who dedicated his life to opposing Nazi occupation during World War II. Born in 1910, he became involved in clandestine operations to undermine German forces and support the liberation of France.

Bouhour's courageous work in the resistance came at great personal cost, culminating in his death in 1943 at the age of 33. He is remembered as a patriot who sacrificed his life for French freedom, and his remains rest in Somain Communal Cemetery, a testament to his enduring legacy.
