Émile Landry
1894–1915 (age 21)
Biography
Émile Landry (1894–1915) answered the call of his country as the First World War swept across Europe, enduring long marches and the rigors of soldiering with a calm sense of duty and care for the comrades by his side.
His life was cut short in the early years of the conflict, and he now rests in the Grave of Héloin-Dey-Picart-Landry as a reminder of the price paid by so many young men of his generation.
