Emmet D. Boyle

Biography

Emmet D. Boyle, born in 1879, grew into public life and served as governor of Nevada, where he worked to strengthen public works, education, and conservation during the early years of the 20th century.

After leaving office he remained engaged in civic improvement closer to home, offering mentorship and encouragement to younger leaders, and his final rest is at Masonic Memorial Gardens.
