Ernest Allard

Biography

Ernest Allard was a French playwright born in 1835 who contributed to the theatrical arts during the nineteenth century. His works reflected the dramatic traditions and literary sensibilities of the Belle Époque period.

Allard's career in drama extended well into the twentieth century, ending with his death in 1918. He was interred in Père Lachaise Cemetery in Paris, a testament to his significance in French cultural life.
