Ernie Ansterberg, born in 1891, was a beloved presence in the Maple Grove community, carrying himself with the earnestness of a neighbor who always had time for a kind word or a helping hand.

Though his life was cut short in 1924, those who knew him recall his generous spirit, devotion to family, and the light he left in the hearts of friends and kin in Maple Grove Cemetery.
