Eugènia Lamarca i de Mier was a Catalan landowner and woman of property who lived during a period of significant social and economic change in Spain. Born in 1866, she managed substantial estates and maintained her family's interests in Catalonia throughout her long life.
Lamarca i de Mier witnessed the transformation of Catalan society over more than a century, and her stewardship of land and resources reflected the responsibilities of her social position. She lived to the age of 101, passing away in 1967, and was laid to rest in Montjuïc Cemetery in Barcelona.
