Biography
Eugenia Stołyhwo was a pioneering Polish anthropologist whose scholarly work contributed significantly to the understanding of human cultures and societies. Born in 1894, she pursued anthropological research during a period when the field was still developing in Poland and Europe.
Stołyhwo's dedication to anthropological inquiry reflected the intellectual rigor and curiosity that characterized Polish scholarship of her era. She continued her research and academic work until her death in 1965, leaving behind contributions to anthropological knowledge and methodology. She was interred at Salwator Cemetery in Kraków.
