Biography
Ewa Pohoska was a Polish writer whose literary career flourished during the interwar period. Her contributions to Polish letters reflected the cultural vitality of early twentieth-century Warsaw, where she engaged with contemporary literary movements and intellectual circles.
Pohoska's life was cut short by the tragic circumstances of World War II, dying in 1944 at the age of 26. Her memory is preserved at Powązki Cemetery, one of Warsaw's most significant burial grounds, where many notable Polish cultural figures rest.
