Biography
Fayzulla Khodzhayev (1896–1938) was a prominent Soviet politician and Central Asian leader who held significant positions in Soviet governance, particularly in Uzbekistan. He was an important figure in Soviet administration of Central Asia during the early Soviet period.
Khodzhayev was arrested and executed at the Kommunarka shooting ground in 1938 during Stalin's Great Purge. His death represented the elimination of experienced regional leaders and reflected the broader campaign of terror against Communist Party officials and government functionaries.
