Biography

Fehmi Ethem Karatay (1888–1968) was a distinguished Turkish writer whose literary contributions enriched Ottoman and early Republican cultural discourse. Throughout his prolific career, he explored themes of identity and modernization during a transformative period in Turkish history.

He was laid to rest at Sakızağacı Cemetery.
