Biography

Felix Bloch, a Nobel Prize-winning physicist, reshaped our understanding of quantum mechanics and the behavior of atomic nuclei.

His pioneering work on nuclear magnetic resonance created tools that benefit medicine and basic research, a legacy cherished by both Swiss and international colleagues and commemorated at the Israelite Cemetery Upper Frisian Mountain.
