Ferenc Mező

Biography

Ferenc Mező was a Hungarian sports historian whose scholarly work documented and analyzed the development of athletics and sports culture in Hungary. His expertise in sports history made him a valuable contributor to understanding Hungarian sporting traditions and achievements.

Mező's research and writings preserved important aspects of Hungarian sports heritage for future generations. He was laid to rest at Fiume Road Graveyard, where his memory remains among other notable Hungarian intellectuals and cultural figures.
