Franciszek Stadnicki (1742–1810) was a Polish nobleman of the Stadnicki family, one of the prominent magnate families of the Kraków region. He lived during the final decades of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and witnessed the transformative events that reshaped Polish society.

Stadnicki's life reflected the experiences of the Polish gentry during a period of national crisis and change. He was laid to rest in the Mary Magdalene Church in Dukla, a testament to his family's influence and standing in the region.
