Biography
Frank D. Scott, born in 1878, pursued a career in law before representing Michigan in the United States House of Representatives, where he served with diligence during crucial years for veterans' affairs and national infrastructure. He relied on integrity and reasoned debate to champion the needs of his constituents in a rapidly changing era.
After his time in Congress he returned to legal practice and remained engaged in civic causes, and when he passed in 1951 he was laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, remembered as a public servant devoted to the common good.
