Frank Elmore Bissell

Biography

Frank Elmore Bissell was born in 1845 and lived through the Civil War era before helping to guide his community through the changes of the industrial age. He was known among friends for his genuine care, always ready to lend an ear or offer encouragement during challenging times.

Bissell passed in 1918, and those who survived him remember his kindness and dedication; he was laid to rest at Lakewood Cemetery, where his memory continues to bring comfort.
