Biography
Frank H. Foss, born in 1865, spent his life building bridges between farmers and city dwellers, believing fair commerce was the bedrock of trusting communities.
He took pride in mentoring young merchants and in helping the public schools stay open to all children, a kindness remembered by the families who visit Forest Hill Cemetery today.
