Frank Rader

Biography

Frank Rader (1848-1897) came of age in the years of reconstruction, meeting the challenges of his time with a calm demeanor and a willingness to support neighbors in need. His middle years coincided with a rapidly expanding Los Angeles, and he remained a reassuring figure to those around him.

He was buried at Angelus-Rosedale Cemetery, where family and friends recall his thoughtful nature and quiet devotion to community life.
