Biography

František Bláha (1893–1965) was a Czech resident who lived through a remarkable period of European history. Born in the late nineteenth century, he experienced the establishment of the Czechoslovak state and the subsequent developments of the twentieth century.

Bláha's life was deeply connected to Prague and the Vinohrady neighborhood, where he spent his years and eventually came to rest. He was interred at Vinohrady Cemetery, a testament to his enduring ties to this historic Prague district.
