František Cína Jelínek devoted himself to the preservation of records, serving as an archivist whose careful stewardship ensured that civic, cultural, and legal documents would endure for future researchers. He understood that memory is kept alive through meticulous care of the past.
His professional diligence earned him the respect of colleagues, and after his death in 1961 he was laid to rest at Olšany Cemetery, where his commitment to memory preservation is remembered.
