Biography

František Salava was a young man whose life was cut short during the tumultuous years following World War I. Born in 1895, he lived during a period of significant change in Central Europe, witnessing the transformation of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the emergence of the Czechoslovak state.

Salava's memory is preserved in the Protestant cemetery in Horní Dubenky, a testament to his place in the community and the faith that guided his life. Though his years were few, he remains part of the historical record of his region during this pivotal era.
