Biography

Franz Xaver Wolfgang Mozart (1791–1844) was a composer and the son of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, the legendary creator of some of the world's greatest musical masterpieces. Following in his father's footsteps, Franz Xaver Wolfgang pursued a career in music, composing works that reflected the classical and early romantic traditions of his era, though he lived in the considerable shadow of his father's towering genius.

Mozart was buried at Mozartův park in Prague, a city where his father had achieved great success and where the Mozart family maintained important connections. His burial place honors both his own musical contributions and his place in the legacy of one of history's greatest musical families.
