Frederick Augustus Tritle (1833–1906) served with energy as Governor of the Arizona Territory, guiding its growth with attention to infrastructure and the welfare of its people.

He was laid to rest at Greenwood/Memory Lawn Mortuary & Cemetery, where his leadership continues to inspire appreciation for the formative years of the territory.
