Biography

Frederick F. Eckstein entered the world in 1821 and spent his life devoted to the neighborhoods around Spring Grove, lending encouragement and hope to friends as the nineteenth century unfolded.

When he departed in 1893, loved ones found comfort in the memory of his steady kindness, and Spring Grove Cemetery keeps his grave as a testament to that enduring spirit.
