Fryderyk Skarbek (1792–1866) was a distinguished Polish writer whose literary contributions enriched nineteenth-century Polish culture. Throughout his career, he demonstrated a commitment to preserving and advancing Polish intellectual traditions during a period of significant national change.

Skarbek's works reflected the intellectual currents of his era, and his legacy endures as part of Poland's rich literary heritage. He was laid to rest at Powązki Cemetery in Warsaw, a final resting place befitting his cultural significance.
