Biography
Gabriel Diodati devoted his gifts to architecture in the Geneva region, pairing a classical sense of order with a sensitivity to the gentle terrain of Cologny as he helped to design residences and civic houses attuned to the needs of their inhabitants.
His careful attention to proportion and comfort, and his willingness to guide municipal debates, contributed to the calm dignity of the New Cemetery of Cologny and other projects where he sought to leave built spaces that still offer solace to passersby.
