Galina Burdonskaya

Biography

Galina Burdonskaya (1921–1990) lived through much of the twentieth century, witnessing and experiencing the dramatic transformations of Soviet society. Her life spanned from the early Soviet period through the final years of the USSR.

Burdonskaya's memory is preserved at Vagankovo Cemetery in Moscow, where she was laid to rest. Her long life connected generations and reflected the resilience of those who lived through this remarkable historical period.
