Biography
Gennaro Perrelli was an Italian pianist of the nineteenth century who brought his musical talents to the concert halls and salons of Europe. Born in 1833, he developed his skills during an era of Romantic musical expression and virtuosic performance.
Perrelli's career as a pianist reflected the cosmopolitan nature of nineteenth-century European musical culture. He spent his final years in Paris and was buried in Père Lachaise Cemetery, a fitting resting place for an accomplished musician.
