Biography

Georg von Hauberrisser was a prominent German architect whose designs left a lasting mark on 19th-century urban and institutional architecture. Born in 1841, he became known for his significant contributions to architectural practice during a period of considerable building activity and stylistic development in German-speaking regions.

Hauberrisser's architectural works reflected the aesthetic and functional concerns of his era, contributing to the development of important civic and institutional structures. He was laid to rest at the Alter Südfriedhof following his death in 1922.
