Biography

George Arthur Fripp painted luminous watercolours that celebrated the English landscape and the play of light across its hills and waterways, earning him lifelong membership in the Royal Watercolour Society.

Travelling widely in search of beauty, he remained a devoted teacher and contributor to the arts, leaving behind numerous works admired by collectors and admirers whose footsteps now pass by his resting place in Highgate Cemetery.
