George K. Brady (1838-1899) served his country with dedication, rising through the ranks to command troops with a steady sense of duty and an unfailing concern for their well-being.

After years in uniform, he spent his last days among friends in the Cincinnati area, and his gravesite at Spring Grove Cemetery honors the sacrifices he made on and off the field.
