George Kelly Dunlop
1830–1888 (age 58)
Biography
George Kelly Dunlop embraced episcopal ministry with a missionary spirit, shepherding congregations in the American Southwest and encouraging the building of churches, schools, and guild halls that nurtured local faith communities. His efforts brought spiritual care to scattered settlements far from established centers.
He remained a faithful presence until his death in 1888, and his memory is honored at St. Paul’s Memorial Episcopal Church and Guild Hall, where he is buried among those he served.
