Biography
George P. Johnson was born in 1885 and passed away in 1977 at the age of 92. He made his home in Whittier, California, where he lived through much of the twentieth century and witnessed the community's growth and development.
Mr. Johnson's long life allowed him to see tremendous changes in American society and his adopted community. His memory is cherished by those who knew him and by the Whittier community where he spent his years.
