Georges Bonjean

Biography

Georges Bonjean (1848–1918) practised law with a resolve to protect small landowners and workers, guiding difficult disputes toward calm resolutions in the Eure valley.

He was admired for his measured counsel and integrity, qualities that endure in the memories of those in Caillouet-Orgeville and on the graveside path of the local cemetery.
