German Vladimirovič Lazaris was a diplomat who represented Soviet interests in international relations. He served during the early years of Soviet diplomacy and foreign policy.
Lazaris was executed in 1937 at the Kommunarka shooting ground, becoming one of the many diplomatic and political figures who perished during the Great Purge.
